Three-PM International was founded in 2007 by Gert Jan Troost and Eric Jan Krupe to help companies professionalise further. In 2021 Geert Kooijmans took over the helm from Gert Jan.

Eric Jan Krupe

Eric Jan holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delft and started his career as a technical software engineer. In the early nineties he became project manager of the team that developed CMG´s market leading SMS product. Since then he has held many line-management positions and was responsible for sales, product marketing, R&D and service departments in several companies. In 2014 Eric Jan got the opportunity to contribute to the impressive CC NL project. This proved to be the start of a rewarding project portfolio in the cultural heritage sector.

  

Geert Kooijmans

Geert started his career in the Radio & Television industry as a Broadcast Engineer at the Mediapark in Hilversum where he gained a lot of experience with mission-critical broadcast automation systems. He was part of the team that launched the first HD television channel in The Netherlands. After fulfilling a position as a Solution Architect in the same industry for several years, he switched to technical project management for the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision (NISV). At NISV he was responsible for a number of larger projects, including the redesign of the Film Digitisation workflow. Geert holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
